This Commission reviews variance requests, requests for annexations or any special developmentrequests, subdivisions of property, zoning of property, temporary uses, planned unit developments, amendments to official zoning map, amendments to zoning ordinance, and appeals of decisions of the City building official. The Tullahoma Regional Municipal Planning commission Members are selected and approved by the Mayor and serve three-year terms on a volunteer basis. The Planning Commission meets the first and third Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at the Tullahoma Municipal Building located at 201 West Grundy Street. PUBLIC HEARING
There will be a Public Hearing on Monday April 7th, 2008 in the upstairs City Hall Council Chambers. This meeting will be to review and receive comments from the public and others concerning the Long Range Planning for the City of Tullahoma. The meeting will begin at 5pm and continue until 7pm or until all comments have been received.

The two major planning documents that will be used for this meeting will be the “Official Zoning Map” and the “Future Land Use Map”. Both of these can be found on the links above. If you cannot view these maps to your satisfaction, both maps are available for viewing in the Planning & Codes Department, located at 201 West Grundy Street.
